This is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, retrieve an official booking file, or change a jail or court record. The agency that created the record must answer those questions directly.
Choose the Right Bulloch Office
Use the contact that matches the record. Call 911 only for an emergency. For a jail status or warrant question, use BCSO’s main line. For a document, name the person, date, agency, and record type so the custodian can route the request.

Where to Look for Each Record
The following routes keep custody, police events, court results, and state or federal records in their proper systems.
- Booking sheet or photo: start with the Bulloch County booking and records path, then request both items from BCSO if the roster window no longer shows them.
- Warrant question: use BCSO Warrants/Civil guidance and 912-764-8888. Someone asking about their own status should use a lawyer, the court, or the agency.
- Recent custody: use the current, last-24-hours, and arrest-date BCSO views. A RELEASED label is not a court disposition.
- Statesboro police event: use the city Police-to-Citizen routes and the city open-records office. The city report and BCSO booking photograph are separate records.
- State prisoner: search the Georgia Department of Corrections offender locator and verify with GDC when needed.
- Federal or immigration custody: use the BOP or ICE locator only when that custody system fits the facts.
- Release notification: Georgia VINE covers requested custody events. It is separate from GDC’s post-sentence victim information program.

Questions About This Service
Questions about the private reference pages may be directed through the service’s chosen contact channel. Requests for custody confirmation, release, booking records, court dispositions, or corrections must go to the government office that holds the record. An arrest or booking remains an accusation until the court provides a later result.
